Blank space where list of user accounts should be shown.

    Hi guys,

Got something weird happening with my User Accounts. Basically, when trying to change a password or change the name of a specific user account, the control panel shows a blank space, instead of showing all the user accounts I actually have.

    Please see attached.

Is there any solution for this?

    Appreciate it.

This can be a result of you only having the one base admin account. It will often not show in this window unless specifically set to do so.
If you have multiple accounts on this machine and they are missing from this list I would first suggest a malware scan.
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

    Thanks for reply.

Definitely not a malware. Ran MalwareBytes, found nothing (only a couple of months old Win installation anyway).

I've also got a few admin accounts.

    Weird or what.

Alright that first obvious thing having failed, here's a old thread that deals with essentially this problem. Hopefully the info in it can be useful to you.
