Windows 7: Loosing connection when watching videos, multiple DNS errors.

Hello, I have been having connection errors on my PC for a few days now, but it isn't normal. I can get my way around websites such as Facebook, reddit, and multiple forums, but If I go on any website that plays videos, such as YouTube, I will drop from 5/4 bars all the way to 1, and then moments later my connection completely drops. I have a good connection normally, and No other computers in my household have been acting up like this. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting my router and modem, but to no avail. Other information includes : I use Google Chrome as my normal browser, I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I even used my restore discs I made the day I got my computer to bring it back to factory settings, but it still isn't working. Can anyone please help me?



EDIT: Forgot to mention that I looked this up, and thinking it was Malware I got something about Malware in July that gives DNS errors a lot.
