Router restart required to access home group on second computer

As the title says to access my home group on my HTPC I need to restart my router. This is, as you could think, frustrating as f*ck.

Both computer are on wireless internet, and both computes are desktops using Windows 7 64bit home premium.

Any solutions would be helpful.

What i've tried:

Turning off both firewalls
Turning on 'Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP' on both computers

Thank you.
