    Welcome to Seven Forums,

Is this a wireless or wired connection issue? Have you tried both?
If this is a wireless issue, remove all the wireless profiles stored in your computer, then re-connect to your own SSID(wireless network). Here's How.

How are you connecting, thru a wired connection or wireless? Is the issue both connections?

Lets try to Power Cycle your devices for now, please follow this Tutorial.

Also, please post an ipconfig/all output of your computer for review.

Post# 4 - Please follow my suggestions and read the 2 links that I have provided you. The ipconfig /all is important, please follow the tutorial. You will have to give us an update on how you are doing, we can't really guess. If you can't follow the instructions, please re-read it again.
