your settings before had 192.168.2.1 as the DNS server. I'm guessing that your router/modem has a DNS server built into it. You can try with just the 192.168.2.1 Then if that doesnt work try with the google's dns to see if that resolves any issues.
No change....
IE and Chrome are trying to load a page but down below, says 'Unidentified network'...
that's to bad. Its not the connection between the pc and the modem.
Can you reboot the modem?
Also can you repost your ipconfig /all
I power cycled and reset the modem and nothing.

Above states that your defauly gateway is set to 0.0.0.0 look back at what I wrote for u to pyt and enter it in yoyr ipv4 properties
Settings are exactly how you asked me to put them in. I couldnt ping for a short time but I restarted and it can do it again now; however, ipconfig still says the physical address is made of 0's.
It's still set to it, same result. I did a snapshot but I'm talking from my Android phone and I can't upload it via attachment on here....
