Cannot enable media streaming

Hey guys. I am trying to setup my PC to stream video to my Xbox 360, and I know media streaming must be enabled. However, when I go to enable it (by pressing the button "Turn on Media Streaming"), the button just clicks, and nothing happens. The media streaming option remains off and I do not get the menu to customize what devices I want to stream with. I've tried playing with different services, making them load automatically. I've tried deleting the C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Media Player folder. Nothing is working. Please help me!
