This is not really a networking question. So you may want to move this to the appropriate forum.

But you say it is Bluetooth. Please post the make and model of your computer and the make and model of the keyboard.

Although there are Bluetooth keyboard most wireless keyboard use a USB receiver and not Bluetooth. So we need to know what make and model to make sure it is Bluetooth.

Hi,

Did you Insert the CD with the required drivers and followed the instructions to install the software for setting up the keyboard?

If Yes, kindly follow the steps mentioned in the following URL to install a wireless keyboard: http://www.ehow.com/how_2005782_wireless-keyboard-laptop.html

And you can even refer to: http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/help/support/troubleshooting/mouse/wireless-bluetooth

Hope this helps
