Windows 7: New Help with Windows 7 connecting to update servers

Hello, my name is Denca, i been lurking the net for a solution for my problem but nothing as came out to help my problem.
I think basicly my problem is my network configuration, i have access to the internet but when having to connect to certains udpate server such as steam, or flash players game, well i did have the problem with windows update before but i managed to fix it configuring the DNS servers my networks connects so i could update my pc, i though i could connect to steam afterwards since i was updated, but my problem persist, i seem to be having problems with torrent clients too since noone seems to make my downloads every torrent gets an error, i have tried disabling the firewall and scanning for virus with malwarebytes but nothing is wrong since nothing come ups, i have updated most drivers, but im not sure if my ethernet driver is correct since im having this problems connecting to most update servers, any other info you guys need to help me in my case ill be happy to check my pc and tell you anything for helping me, i also tried bypassing my router by connect the modem directly to my pc and nothing, im not sure what it is, but i think its my network configuration since my windows update problem was fixed when followed some steps to assign windows udpate DNS servers.
