Do you know if your MAC address has changed?

    Command Prompt (Elevated) -

    ipconfig /all

Elevated = Run As Administrator (Right-Click cmd)

Are you sure your MAC address is being changed? Have you tried using the ipconfig /all command within a Command Prompt window?
