Computer seems correctly configured- DNS not responding

Hey Guys it seems that i can't solve my problem here.
Recently, I had troubles browsing the net. It seems I have limited access and can only browse certain sites (Facebook, Youtube, Google.).

I browse for certain solutions and tried DNS codes like google's DNS(8.8.8.8) and openDNS(208.67.222.222) yet still the same problem.

I even tried the DNSjumper v1.0.4 yet still i have limited access through the web.

And I wonder if this problem is only incurred on Windows7.
It's the 2nd week since this problem occured and it is driving me mad.
I desperately need your professional advices for this

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely Yours: A 17 year old Filipino
