Please help.
I have a Dell Vostro 460 64-bit running Windows 7 Professional.
Came in to work today to find it showing a red x over the network icon in the taskbar.
Modem is working fine with great signal provided to all wireless devices; however, the desktop shows not connection to netgear router. I tried to access netgear router from the pc using (192.168.1.1) to no avail. I have googled everything to try and get this fixed.
I tried to do ipconfig/renew but it states:
the operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for this operation.
I ran ipconfig/all and it is showing:
