Windows 7: The default gateway is not available, Windows 7 32bit

Hi, I'm new here and would appreciate any help. I will loose internet connection and get this error if I open a bunch of websites at once or try downloading something. I have 30 mb/s cable internet and have never had this problem before. I'm new to this type of stuff but I did try to research it before posting and it looks like you'll need a copy of my ipconfig so here it is:

The problem I see is with your DNS servers. There should only be two valid DNS servers showing there but there is another IP address showing there and it should not be there. Usually when I see this problem it means that you have another router or access point in the network that is not configured correctly though in this case it's something different.

The IP 68.116.46.115 shouldn't be there and it appears to be a WAN IP which resides in Grant's Pass Oregon?

If this is your WAN IP then maybe it needs to be removed from your IPv4 properties, I can't say why on earth it's showing up there but it isn't right.

It may help to flush the DNS with the following command, it needs to be typed into an elevated command prompt. ipconfig /flushdns

I flushed the DNS and the IP 68.116.46.115 is still there. The IPv4 properties are set to automatic, how would I removed the IP address that's shouldn't be there?

The only thing I've found out so far is if I start in safe mode with networking my internet is fine and I can open all the webpages/videos I want without loosing connection...

I don't know if it helps to mention but I can connect wireless just fine. Could the port I plug the Ethernet cable into be bad?
