I have a problem that has me totally stumped. Yesterday I was having some connectivity issues, turns out it was my ISP. Trying to open the Network and Sharing center alerted me to another problem. I can't open it at all.
Tried it from the start menu, from inside control panel, and even "ncpa.cpl" from the run dialog. The icon in both locations shows up as the generic blank windows icon.
The really weird thing this, I can connect to the internet just fine. I tried verifying the system files. And had Windows 7 manager verify and fix any corrupted files. Also, virus scan is the first thing I did.
I'm out of ideas and google search is impossible to get answers with. So, anyone have any ideas? Is there a way to just totally remove the Network center and reinstall it? Thanks
