Windows 7: how remove readonly flag from shared folder

how remove readonly flag from shared folder

I create a shared folder to be access it from a virtualbox ubuntu machine.
I get access as root from ubuntu but I can't write on the shared folder.
if I try to uncheck the readonly attribute from the windows seven the attribute reappears. The folder have complete access and I add to everyone access.
Please help.
