Windows 7: Problem limited acces wifi, new windows 7 install

hello everyone, i had a problem in my laptop.
after fresh install windows 7 i can't browse use wifi, i can connect to access point, but it say limited acess. And other laptop are can browse without problem
Before the fresh install, i didn't found a problem using wifi. I do almost method i found with similar problem, but it doesn't change the problem

so this is my "ipcconfig/all"
