Windows 7: How to Setup a web site with iis7

Hi All
As you might have guest i am very to this site so please forgive my if the questions look a bit silly.



I am trying to setup a web site using iis 7 no-ip Apache and the program so it can be accessible from the web.
I have installed iis7 and no-ip but how do i configure all of these together so i can access the CAD system on my server

i have found several tutorial with several different setups and some that only show on screen but play music which i find very distracting

Any help would very helpful
