I'm not too sure what you are trying to do here?

You can share the wireless from your laptop to the iPad if that's what you are asking about, but you need to set up a hosted wireless network on the laptop. It can be done using the connectify software or by typing in the correct commands.

Is this what you were trying to do?

yes...actually my internet comes from the o2 modem. this o2 modem inside got a mobile sim card, so if i want to connect to internet, i've to dial to the provider used o2 modem application. this no issue.
what i want to do is, i want to share this connection to my router wifi... i tried to share the connection but not luck.

I don't think you can share the connection to your router but you should be able to make your PC into a wireless A/P so that others can connect wirelessly to your network.
