Windows 7: Wifi problem

I'M USE Windows 7 PRO,BUT WIFI HAVE SOME PROBLEM
WHEN I CONNECT MY ROUTER ASUS 56U,WIFI SPEED NOT Stable
MY WIFI USB ADAPTER IS Ralink 300M,WHEN I USE P2P OR BT ,WIFI SPEED WILL SPEED DOWN 300M>270M>130M>81M>54M>27M>5.5M>1M,BUT I EXIT MY P2P SOFTWARE
WIFI WILL BE SPEED UP TO 300M...
AND I INSTALL WIN8 ,NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM ...IT IS Windows 7 BUG

Regarding your issue, do you have the latest driver for your Wi-Fi adapter. Also, seems to be that your P2P program is causing an issue in your Windows 7.
