DNS Server isn't Responding

I just got a new computer. Out of the box it has had connection issues. When I run the troubleshooter it says that the DNS server isn't responding. It is a wireless connection. Other computers work fine. I have changed the DNS settings to both google and OpenDNS. I have uninstalled McAfee. I've pretty much done everything people online have suggested.

If I start up in Safe Mode with Networking, it will connect just fine. So I'm sure it is in the computer and not the router.

Below is my ipconfig including a number of ping tests. It seems that all the ping tests go out and come back fine, except for when I ping a name address.

Any help would be great.

If you had McAfee installed then the link below might help. Uninstalling McAfee isn't always enough to fix this problem.
