Windows 7: Wired pc not allowing app to work.

In advance thanks for reading this.It will be a long paragraph.

Basically i have a problem with an app (paddypower) on my zte wind racer II android phone.Your probably going to say this forum is for pc problems not an android site but I am 99 percent sure its my pc or wired internet is the cause.When I load up the app on a public wifi ie local bar or wifi hot spot the app loads fine.If i load it on my home wifi using my router through my home internet the message does not get through and i just get an error page.I have been in contact with the app makers and my isp and both have made suggestions but did not know how to fix the situation.
I have opened a thread on your great site where i have been helped before on other things to see if anyone has any ideas that can help me.

At the moment router(belkin) has all the proper lights on plus wired and wireless lights on and my internet works fine plus the wireless on my phone is working well except this one app.A couple of weeks ago i unplugged both modem and router and just loaded the app using the wireless while my pc was off.The app loaded properly.Once i started my pc the next time i loaded the app it got a text page rather than a mobile website and from then on i keep getting a load failure on the app.



I appreciate if any of you guys who are well knowlegded in wifi/wired internet on Windows 7 have the time to read this and can help me.
