    Wireless connects, but NO Internet

    W7 home premium - 64 bit OS - Dell Inspiron 5720.

Currently, I have a wireless network at home. No problem with 2 computers connected to it.

Wife just got new Dell computer. It recognizes the wireless, it connects, but, No internet.

I take the computer to work, and it connects right away to the wireless network, no problem, internet works perfectly.

I have spent hours researching this. I have totally uninstalled McAfee.

    Suggestions welcome, TIA

So wireless if connected to another wireless router?

When connected to wireless (and no internet) start a command prompt:
    Code:
    route print -4>route.txt
Post route.txt. route.txt may be deleted afterwards

Not sure what you are asking. I have a wireless network. One router. I have two laptops that connect to it, have done so without problem for years.

I have tried to add a new laptop, simply want it to connect to the wireless. It does get connectivity. But, there is NO internet access.

Today, I brought that laptop to work, turned it on, and it immediately finds the wireless network, connects right away, and I CAN GET ON THE INTERNET. At home, I turn the computer on, it finds the wireless network, connects, but, I CANNOT GET ON THE INTERNET.

Just do the command I asked you to do and post the output file.
I simply want to know if it has a valid IP address, subnet mask etc.

your ip address is 192.168.1.10. All computers in your house subnet use 192.168.1.*
    default gateway has address 192.168.1.1

    in command prompt:
    ping 192.168.1.1
works? if not...works from another pc?

    ping 173.194.66.94

works? if not...works from another pc?
