Windows 7: local area connection does not have a valid ip configuration

I have wired internet broadband connection .After rebooting the computer,i can not not connect to the internet .while trouble shooting the networker adapter in device manager,i got message that local area connection does not have a valid ip configuration The detailed ipconfig are given below

I tried so many thing but still unable to fix the this problem ,I am using Norton Antiviruus 2013 .

rambilash, without a Gateway on your adapter settings, It won't work properly.
It looks like your dhcp server is not giving you a gw address.
