ICS Multiplayer online gaming on host and client

Xbox or GFWL on my pc's are met with some trouble that I cant figre out.

Both pc's can login to live and play online multiplayer, but somthing is not correct.

And seems to prevent play in the same online game match, or host or join the other while live.

?Is this related to a Windows Network feature not being installed on both pc's in the list of turn windows features on or off, if so witch of those features to install to enable simultanious online play?

Even though both pc's have a unique game license?

If its non of the above that is causing this trouble then something makes me think that I am trying to utilize a feature of xbox live (gfwl) that is unavailable on my free xbox live accounts.

*Was bandwidth related I bet...! or two free accounts cant play live.
