How can I grant access to specific files?

I need to loan my laptop to a friend for a short period of time.
I want to make it useable with access to Winword but little else.
I have created an account with limited access to my files.
What do I need to do allow this user to utilize my MS Word (winword) to do her own work on it?
Many thanks for any help.

You may have to install Word via her account--assuming her access to programs is blocked at this point. This way probably is the easiest way to proceed at this point. You can always uninstall Word later.
