    I did reset tcpip, it's like a reinstall of tcp/ip.

    uninstall Panda Cloud Antivirus. reboot. wireless still works?
    install Panda Cloud Antivirus. wireless still works?

    if not working..... uninstall the shitware and do the reset trick again and reboot
