redirect by ECT/HOSTS file use issue

Hi,
I would like to block few sites to not spend all day on them
but instead of blocking ie. redirecting to localhost (127.0.0.1)
I would like to redirect them to page: pamietaj.bramaswiatow.pl
How to do it?
how to get ip of this page alone not whole server (I have few pages on it, so getting it ip by cmd ping it's not an option, because 89.146.221.6 alone don't give the same effect what putting address pamietaj.bramaswiatow.pl into address bar)
I guess that there is some NAT and more than one page it's 89.146.221.6 outside, so how get port number to get pamietaj.bramaswiatow.pl directly ?

Regards
Mhelkir
