Retrieving Wi-Fi password? Hello, I've got a really retarded problem.
I forgot my Wi-fi password, which is stored on a PC running Windows XP. To retrieve it, I used Wireless Key View.
However, I only get the 64 character hex version, there is no ASCII version. (due to the network being WPA-PSK and on XP)
I need to log in to the same network using a Windows 7 PC, and Windows 7 does not recognise the hex key.
Any fix? | My System Specs |

Personally, I feel uncomfortable to advice in cracking passwords.
Most simple thing to do is to reset the router to factory settings, log in to router control panel and create a new WPA key.
If you do not know how to reset the router, please tell us its make and model so we might be able to tell it for you.
