"Other" group on Remote Desktop My Computer Screen is gone
A user in my office routinely uses the Remote Desktop to access our server computer with the option to use the local machine's drives checked so that he can save to them. Up until today, those drives appeared on the "My Computer" screen as network places in the "Other" category. Today, the entire "Other" category is gone. He can still access them using "My Network Places", which is a sufficient workaround, but it's not how he was trained and doesn't seem necessary. Is there a setting to display or hide this group on the "My Computer" screen?
Any help is appreciated.
I'm not the IT guy, just the resident "geek squad guy" as they like to put it.
