Do you have a folder C:\DELL ? If not can you create it from windows explorer? Does a security warning popup that you need adminstrator rights?

Thanks for your help, but the issue has been resolved. Another member provided the correct driver.

I did post the drivers. Please tell me if c:\dell is on your disk.
If not can you create it? Just as a test. I think you have no permission to create folders in C:\
