Windows 7: DHCP not starting

Windows 7 started 32bit
 
 

Yes i did check those services it was just local services not NT AUTHORITY\LocalServices even now its the same. There isnt any NT AUThority in those log on fields.

Can't connect using DHCP
I can't figure out why i can't get a connection using DHCP (obtain ip address automatically). The only way i get an internet connection is by assigning a static ip. i have another pc connected to the network also windows 7 and dhcp works fine. i'm confused, can anyone help?

Hello, I'm having problems with my XP pc that I use plotting work on, My DSL company recently sent me a modem router combo and I hooked everything in correctly, the wireless works and also most computers can connect except one... my XP, it shows limited or w/e connectivity at the bottom right icon...

I have my DHCP and DNS. I need wireless.
In my LAN, there is a domain controller which also acts as a DNS server and DHCP server. And only thing that I need is wi-fi. I have a good router. What do I do with that? If I set it up and disable DHCP on that, it gets an ip 192.168.0.1. But all the devices in my network have 10.0.0.x ...
