Can't Connect to Another 7 PC on Network

I am not sure what has happened, but everytime I go to the network option in my computer i cannot access another computer that is on my network. It shows the pc in my network but when double clicking on it i get the following message: '\\PC name is not accessible. you might not have permission to use this network resource, contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.' I was able to access this pc a couple weeks ago so I am not sure what has happened. Both PCs run win 7 ultimate 32bit. I was able to right click the pc and use remote desktop but can't just double click it and access my files folder? However when i am physically at the pc i cannot access remotely i am able to connect to other pcs on the network. Can anyone help me out?
