second NIC hooked to wireless router to share internet with first NIC

Reason I want this is I hooked my gigabyte nics together with a cable, joining 2 pc.
Ubuntu PC gigabyte wire then Windows 7 PC
Ubuntu PC upstairs also has 2 NIC., incoming internet from wireless router on 100base nic.
gigabyte nic to gigabyte nic on win 7 pc.

The Windows 7 PC I can share files and copy is very fast with jumbe frames set to 8000 MTU.

So I want to put a 2nd NIC in the win 7 PC and share the internet with it to a wireless router.

How to do this? NIC binding? thoughts?

Everything is working. So now want to add 2nd nic to Windows 7 pc.
