Hello denny mate just what a re you after? the device itself or as I suspect a driver?

If it is just a driver then have you tried in Device manager for it? see pic.

I put one of these devices on not long ago for someone and there was no problem - you do have a plan with a provider I take it?

Hello Denny mate I might have been looking at the wrong thing I am now on my laptop with my wireless broadband hooked up and as you can see from the pic my device is listed as E: in Portable devices.

See what is is in yours mate and see if it will update the driver in that - same as last time open up > right click on the device > update driver software ans ee if it comes up with something.

sorry re the confusion - I was at hoe on the desky and of course Portable devices are not listed on that.

Yes...we understand it's a usb port your plungging it into...the question was where? Are you plugging it into the front panel of PC, back panel of PC or are you using a usb hub...a hub is a usb extension device to add more usb ports to a system.
