Its without protection and in the same building where i m living . i used to enter with the help of wifi but now these days it tells me that not access to the internet. it connect me with that line but doesnot permit me to work.
is there any solution for this? would you please help me. ?
thanks
So, let me get this straight - you are connecting to someone else's wireless signal in the same building and because it is not password protected it does not ask you for anything it just connects you to the internet - right ? and now it has stopped working - right ? i.e. you can connect to his network but the internet no longer works - right ?

It sounds as though the person who owns the internet connection that you've been using has realised this fact and has beefed up their security. Is it asking for a password where there was previously none? If this is the case, there is nothing that we can do, as we will not assist in circumventing such protection.
