I plugged in an old dongle (don't know what version but it's old) and the drivers installed for it without problems.
I haven't tested it with anything yet but I'm guessing it should work fine. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Desktop OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Intel i5-2500k @ 3.3Ghz Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H Memory 4GB DDR3 Graphics Card Nvidia GTS250 1GB Monitor(s) Displays Sony SDM S95A Screen Resolution 1280x1024 Keyboard Logitech Media Keyboard Mouse Microsoft Intellimouse PSU Corsair HX850W Case Cooler Master 690 II Cooling Thermalright True Spirit 140mm & 3x 120mm & 3x 140mm Fans Hard Drives 1x 1TB, 2x 250GB HDDs Internet Speed 8MB |

I have a two year old Dell BT Dongle that came with a Dell 390 XP 64bit machine plugged into the docking station of my Latitude E6500 with Windows 7 (Build 7600) 64bit. Got a Dell wireless mouse run from it; works perfectly - better than on the original machine (no messy free standing BT software to mess with). | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell Lattitude E6500 OS Windows 7 Pro (64bit). I bought two from Amazon, one very small one and one about one and a half inches long with the name of GT Max on the package and no name on the small one and both installed with bangs in 764 but without bangs in XP32, downloaded Toshiba's drivers for 764 and it works but my Motorola S805 headphone's mic doesn't. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number z#k&x% OS 64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate (Free from Windows 7 Launch Event) CPU I7 920 (stinking CO) Motherboard Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD4P Memory 6GB Patriot Viper DDR3 (3 x 2GB) 1333 (PC3 10666) 7-7-7-20 Graphics Card MSI 4670 1GB Sound Card Realtek ALC889A (onboard) Monitor(s) Displays Samsung LN52A650 Screen Resolution 1920 X1080 Keyboard Piece of Crap I Found Dumpster Diving Mouse Logitech Optical Trackman (Tracking Ball) PSU Antec EA750 Case Antec 180 I got from Craigslist free? I bought one off eBay for a dollar about 2 years ago and it worked instantly with my devices after plugging it in. I got the headphones and dongle to work on my 7 PC with Toshiba drivers but decided to give them to my niece with the Compaq Laptop running XP that I am giving her and it didn't work with the bluetooth support supplied with the PC nor the Toshiba drivers but did with the Bluesoleil drivers, However, I don't want to spend twenty dollars. Any ideas?
I really want to get this to her before she pulls out all her hair with anticipation. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number z#k&x% OS 64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate (Free from Windows 7 Launch Event) CPU I7 920 (stinking CO) Motherboard Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD4P Memory 6GB Patriot Viper DDR3 (3 x 2GB) 1333 (PC3 10666) 7-7-7-20 Graphics Card MSI 4670 1GB Sound Card Realtek ALC889A (onboard) Monitor(s) Displays Samsung LN52A650 Screen Resolution 1920 X1080 Keyboard Piece of Crap I Found Dumpster Diving Mouse Logitech Optical Trackman (Tracking Ball) PSU Antec EA750 Case Antec 180 I got from Craigslist free? Microsoft's is free, but you'll have to search for it.
