Windows 7: Win 7 Cannot Access one of 4 computers on LAN

The easiest way to share for home users is a homegroup, since the users folder is shared by default. If you're using the right click on folder < Share tab < share button method "File & Folder Sharing" You can edit the NTFS permissions adding authenticated users and giving them the modify permissions.

You should then be able to use your username and password of the AV server to connect.

I tried to enter the path in the search box on Win Start but it would not work either. Nothing seems to penetrate that machine's front end. I suspect it's still somewhere in the permissions or basic setup but I've not been able to find where. Again, the only problem I have is moving files from one LAN node to this one AVServer of mine. All the others work fine in both directions so other permissions are apparently ok.

New Info

WELL, turns out I'm incorrect! I just found that one of the computers on my ethernet LAN can indeed access this computer properly in all drives! That leaves my main desktop and my Laptop still unable to penetrate whatever is holding them out of this machine. This means that one machine is set up differently at its end of the connection or that machine is configured differently within the AV Server settings. Anyone have an idea as to what settings might turn out this way in different machines? Still a puzzler but getting more clues!

If uninstalling the Norton using the removal tool which I think might do the trick...can you provide us an ipconfig/all output of the AV Server and one problematic computer, a total of 2 outputs?

Did anyone mention a firewall issue?
Turn it off on the machine your trying to enter.

I turned off the firewall in the AV Server and it made no difference in others' ability to access. I'll try to get the IP Config pictures that were suggested. So I uninstalled Norton using the removal tool and it made no difference. Restate the problem: One machine can access this AV Server completely but two others cannot. What's difference between these machines? I'll try and furnish IP Config prints requested.

And here are the IP Config results for my main desktop that cannot access the AV Server:

And here are the IP Config results for my wife's computer that is the only one that CAN ACCESS the AV server properly:

Thanks much for your effort uploading all the output. Here's what I found and discrepancies.

PK2010 – there’s no ipconfig/all output

AV-Server - DHCP needs to be enabled.
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No (this should be Yes)

Nancy-06
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes (this is correct)

Many thanks 2xg, I was hoping for a different answer but both computers read the same in those settings...identically. I can't understand why the ipconfig /allcompartments show that one is not set for DHCP. Any thoughts on this? I haven't checked my wife's machine yet......that's the one machine that CAN access that Server.
