Cannot turn on Network Discovery and File Sharing

    This is exactly what has happened to me


    It looks like this thread ran out of gas and that's too bad. I've struggled through the exact same steps with the same effect.

    Can anyone help??

    I wasn't able to solve it. I had to resort to a full factory reset. Sorry.
