Can you post this diagram agian with address for the internal network and subnets.

If you log into your firewall can you see a list of devices, that has connected ?.
Can you see the switches ip address?. In the list ?
Have you checked to make sure there isn't an ip conflict with the switch and another device ?.
When plugged into firewall can you ping the switch
Try making an IPv4 rule that allows the subnet. NetworkID / CIDR If possible to do a scope.
I will have to try this next time I add the firewall to the network. Any other ideas if that don't work?
I've already asked this, But make sure there isn't a IP conflict with the Managed switch, Ping the network for the same IP of the managed switch, whilst the managed switch is unplugged.
