network (marvell) speed going down after a few min

Windows 7 ultimate x64
marvell yukon 88E8056 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller
motherboard : P5E3-ws pro

The speed of my internet for services like torrent or streaming (and many others) is going down after a few minutes (can be 1 minutes, 1 hour or even 10 hours but mostly around 15 minutes).
The only way to get my speed back is to reboot the computer.
I am connected to internet through a modem connected by a lan cable (PPPOE, optic fiber coming to my building so when it works, it s really fast).

Previously I had Vista 32 installed and did not have that problem.
I tried several drivers (included the latest one) and that didn't change anything.
I also tried to change all possible setting for the driver : Power management, Energy star, Flow Control. Speed & Duplex, Network adress...
and again no luck

I unchecked Ipv6 and all other protocols and tried every possibilities and still no luck.

I am also connected to a home network though the second ethernet controller, but active or not that doesn t change anything.
The network with the modem is recognized as a public network.
My home network is actually recognized as an unidentified network, but it s still working I can use internet from another computer in that network (though suffering from the same limitations, speed going down after a few minutes).
