DNS Server Client won't start - dependent service does not exist

My DNS server client won't start, error 1075. I have traced this to the NETIO Legacy support driver which the DNS is dependent on not exisiting and am unable to find this driver in the non-plug and play drivers in device manager. I have run sfc/scannow with no errors returned. There was some malware that has since been cleaned and the most recent Malware bytes came back with no issues. I am able to access the internet with no trouble but cannot access all shared drives within my domain or all network printers. I have a feeling enabling the DNS and IP helper services will solve my problems but I am open to other solutions. I tried to run a system restore but there are no restore points early enough on the system. I'm open to anything short of re-installing windows.

    Thanks

Both DHCP and NSIS services are started

Here is the result from the registry command prompt
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\tdx
    DisplayName REG_SZ @%SystemRoot%\system32\tcpipcfg.dll,-50004
    Group REG_SZ PNP_TDI
    ImagePath REG_EXPAND_SZ system32\DRIVERS\tdx.sys
    ErrorControl REG_DWORD 0x1
    Start REG_DWORD 0x1
    Tag REG_DWORD 0x4
    Type REG_DWORD 0x1
    DependOnService REG_MULTI_SZ Tcpip
    Description REG_SZ @%SystemRoot%\system3tcpipcfg.dll,-50004

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\tdx\Enum
    0 REG_SZ Root\Legacy_TDX\0000
    Count REG_DWORD 0x1
    Next Instance REG_DWORD 0x1

I also have the following errors from the event log
    Event ID 7001
The DNS Client service depends on the NetIO Legacy TDI Support Driver service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

It may help to follow Sheekos1's advice in the following link.

error 1075 the dependency service does not exist or has been marked - Microsoft Community

    1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
    2. In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dhcp
    3. Right-click the DependOnService entry, and then click delete instead of modify
Source = 4 pages of success even with Windows 7, may also work for you. :)

    Hi Chev-
I don't know if that will work since my DHCP service is working properly and it is my DNS service that is not functioning.

The DHCP service is started but doesn't show NETIO legacy support driver as a dependent service. I just tried to start DNS again and I got a different error, 1068 the dependency service failed to start. The NETIO doesn't show in my list of services.

NETIO legacy support driver is a driver not a service! That's why it's not listed

Post depencies of dhcp-client service and dns client service please. just like my screenshots (they are in Dutch)
