Comcast wireless pass key error on windows 7

Good News! My friend suggested checking to see if there were updated drivers for the card in my computer. So I went to the card and had windows check for new drivers. It found new ones and installed them. After that I was able to put in my password and it took it! I am now happily surfing away....thank you again for all your help
