Windows 7: Map Network Drive

i can not map drives of a pc1 to any other pc.
i have assigned network credential from control panel and turn off fire wall also.
i have changed setting in advance network connection and sharing.
while i am trying to connect that pc1 access denied massage comes and asks password.
windows credentials:
computer / server : PC1
username : PC1\so & so
password : so & so



Note : i can access pc1 by \\pc1 from address bar where i can access shares also. but i want to access drives by default shares exa. \\pc1\d$.
