Can't connect to router settings

I'm trying to work on my Linksys router via an IP connect, but the Linksys router seems to be inaccessible at the moment. I remember doing port forwarding with it a few days ago. I am clueless about why it's not letting me access it right now. I can use the internet and share files between computers...

The DNS lookup address is wrong, make it the same as the router...

How does tit get changed?

Edit: tit is the DNS

Reedit: I went into my adapter settings and changed my TCP/IPv4 properties to force the DNS to 192.168.1.1. Tit shows up that way in IP config, but I am still unable to access my router for further configuration.
