    tusharpatil,

You'll just need to install your LAN drivers from Dell.

The corrupted file that cannot be repaired by SFC is the one below. It's used to extract windows CAB files. If you are not having any issues from it, then I wouldn't worry about it.

    C:\Windows\System32\wextract.exe

Just to help make that your system is clean, it wouldn't hurt to do a full scan of your system with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free.

Brink are you sure that corrupt wextract.exe will not cause any problem in long run?
After installing Malwarebyte windows defender will not be needed? on starting my Windows Defender says- "The system cannot find the path specified (Code Error:0x80070003)"
So I have to pay attention to this? because of this error my Windows Update shows Code Error 80070003 every time when I install Definititon Update for Windows Defender-KB915597 (Definition 1.145.236.0)-20.1mb
According to you does wextract.exe & Code Error 80070003 are related to each other?
    Please clarify this issue.

Personally, I would backup anything that you do not want to lose, then do a factory recovery of Windows 7 to have a fresh clean trouble free install again.
