How to create home group from wndows 7 home basic

Hi, is there any way to create a home group with windows 7 home basic, my other computer which is desktop with windows XP pro on it with wireless card. Please let me know if anyone had success in doing so.

Home Groups are unfortunately not available in Home Basic.

Hello Windows guy, and welcome to Seven Forums

You will be able to "join" a homegroup in Windows 7 Home Basic, but you will not be able to create one.
