This computer can't connect to a homegroup

So, Windows 7 will not let my other computer connect to the home group. It won't even let it attempt to try. As soon as I open up Homegroup, it says that. Why is this?

Hi Zevoxa, As the message says: "To create or join a homegroup your computer must be set to home"
That means you network location must be reconfigured in the following way:
    goto
Control panel > Network and Sharing Center

here you'll see "view your active networks", right bellow that click on the link and set your network to "home network".

after you set it to home click on the "change advanced sharing settings" link.
make sure everything is turned on.

    hope that helps.
