Error 0x80070035 - Windows cannot access share

I have a small office that has a server, running Server 2008, that acts as a file server. There are several shares on the server that give access to our 5 users.

We have 5 workstations that all run Windows 7. Each workstation has the same 5 user accounts so any user can work on any of the 5 workstations.

This setup has been working perfectly for years. Now all of a sudden, one machine has starting giving the error 0x80070035 when trying to access the server shares. It can access any other workstation on the network, just not the server. It doesn't matter which of the 5 user accounts you log in as, you still receive this error. All 5 user accounts can access the server from any of the other workstations.

I've also tried entering the server name or the ip address in Internet Explorer on the problem workstation and am also unable to access the server this way.

I would really appreciate any suggestions to get this fixed.

    Thanks!

It could be a problem with you Firewall. Try disable the firewall and see if this makes a difference

Disabling the "private network" firewall on the Server fixed it.

Obviously, I cannot leave this disabled so where do I start trying to identify the culprit setting?

    I really appreciate the help!

Time to do some reading to figure out how to enable all internal ip addresses through the firewall...

I don't understand why this computer worked for years, now suddenly it is blocked without any changes to the server settings.

    Thanks again for your help...
