Internet won't work suddenly on desktop, tried everything.

My internet stopped working a few weeks on my desktop, which is connected through ethernet. The ethernet and wifi connections work perfectly when I use my laptop but doesn't on my desktop.

The internet partially works, certain websites load but not others. I'm guessing it's some kind of dns issue?

Here is what I tried so far:
    - System restore to an earlier point.
    - Complete virus scan.
    - Safe Mode with net working
    - Turned Firewall Off
    - Uninstalled AV
    - Did some cmd commands: ipconfig /flushdns, ip config /release, ip config /renew
    - Checked if computer was connected to proxy.
    - Tried multiple browsers and cleared cache.
    - Ran ccleaner for both internet files and reg file fix.
    - Switched dns servers to google.

Called my ISP and they said that they have a good connection to my router, so therefore it's something on my desktop that's causing this.

What do you guys think it could be? This is really annoying me because 90% of the websites won't load.
