    Hello wmauctions,

Make sure that you have the latest Win7 32bit driver installed in your computer, if not please download it from Brothers site.

Navigate to Start>Control Panel>Network & Internet>Network & Sharing Centre>Advanced Sharing Settings and check that Network Discovery and File & Printer Sharing are enabled, while Password Protected Sharing is disabled.

Go back to Control Panel>Hardware & Sound>Devices & Printers then make sure your printer is configured as the default one. (Right-click your printer icon and choose Set as Default Printer.)

Please install and run AdvancedIPScanner to locate the IP and MAC Addresses of your Brother printer.

You may try pinging the IP Address of the printer from your computer by opening up a command prompt, type for ex: ping 192.168.1.11 press enter

See if you can access it via web interface, for ex: http://192.168.1.11 (yours will be different of course)
If you're able to access it, it means that it's communicating in your network. In here, change the the Auto IP to Static or Manual IP.

You may manually assign the Printer IP by adding a Port to the Printer's Properties then Ports Tab=> Add Port=> Standard TCP/IP Port, to each computer in your network.

    Please let us know.
