when i go to troubleshooter it says that a cable is not correct connected or it is broken... and yes, both devices are enabled, so why that is happening??? all cables are correct connected, and they are not broken...

Try another cable. Try another PC with the same cable to the same modem/router to confirm it's working.

Do you have the wireless driver installed and can it detect a network? In Change Adapter Settings disable the Ethernet adapter (Local Area Connection) to rightclick and Diagnose the wireless adapter.

Troubleshooting these issues takes the utmost thoroughness, so when I ask you four questions in a post and you reply to only one you are cutting your chances of getting it fixed by 75% in that post alone.

Run only the wireless troubleshooter after first disabling the Local Area Connection in Control Panel>Netwrk Sharing Center>Change Adapter settings. Rightclick Wireless adapter to troubleshoot.

What happens when you place the mouse cursor on the connection icon in System tray, left click to connect to network if available, or rightclick to run its Troubleshooter.

Sounds like it could likely be the network card driver. You may want to try an updated version, if there is one (and if this is the correct page for your card, of course): Drivers for Atheros AR5B97 and Windows 7

Czech site, but the software isn't Czech-only or anything. I recently updated my own from there.

Sounding more and more like a hardware problem then. Check Device Manager on the status of your wireless and ethernet adapters. If that looks good, then I'd try connecting someone else's computer to your network. If theirs works fine, then it's your router. Otherwise I'd suspect your network card(s).
